“The common thread of my life is encouraging and supporting people. Whether it’s my work in recruiting, as a therapist, a leader, a husband and father, I try to assist individuals and organizations prosper.”
“I have effectively worked with industry leaders and start-up firms in many industries and many types of roles at executive, management and staff levels.”

* Successful track record

* Great listening skills
* He has been a career and life coach for many years.

“Leaders and their staff shape the success of an organization. I understand how important it is for a firm to hire a whhas been a successful career and life coach for many years.ole person who fits into their culture and can deliver, not just a person who acts like a machine that can execute tasks.”
“One of my strengths is working with clients who afford me the opportunity to partner with them in order to understand what their culture is like. When this happens, we as an organization can deliver extraordinary results.”
I have been a top performer for several search firms before opening, The Big Game Hunter in 2006. Throughout my career, I have developed and managed client relationships, internal recruiting staff and successfully filled almost 1200 search assignments PLUS many consulting assignments.
“Job boards and social network sites have replaced newspapers for do-it-yourselfers who believe quantity equals quality. Try sifting through useless resume after useless resume when you could be talking to a professionally evaluated person (or spending time with your family!) and you’ll understand that a competent search professional is worth its fee. I am a CPC (The Certified Personnel Consultant designation is awarded by the National Association of Personnel Services to professionals who are able to meet rigorous standards), and an MSW.“
“I understand the importance of both effectiveness AND ethical conduct when working with individuals and institutional clients.“
“Most firms don’t know how to assess a recruiter’s capabilities and, too often, contribute to the waste that much of the search process becomes. I’ve developed an extremely effective recruiting methodology that helps to narrow the focus of referrals and dramatically improves interview-to-hire ratios.“
I am also a leader emeritus of the ManKind Project, a not for profit organization that assists men with life issues, was a practicing psychotherapist with a successful practice in New York, a husband, and a father of a terrific teen named Jack.
