  1. Odd that you keep swapping between FTE and contractor mindset. I never care about “have you made a decision” mindset…I produce value as a contractor and I don’t want to be your employee out of the gate, I will always choose more skills today over being tomorrow’s layoff fodder. Tom

  3. Tomorrow may not come for your company and that is ok as long as that benefited my skills.. A FTE mindset will now get you killed in the workplace.

  7. Jeff Altman The nice thing about consulting is that when the BS hits a company you can just leave without a whole lot of notice. I exit when dysfunction starts affecting my moods. Really though FTE-ship is for the birds, they are renting your skills and will dump you just like in 2008-2015
