What’s Your Problem With Finding a Job? | Job Search Radio

What’s the reason you’re having trouble finding a job? There’s one big one I can think of.

[spp-transcript]

I have done videos about how to diagnose job search problems before

but I am just going to ask you a question. Why do you think you are having a problem? What’s the issue that’s standing between you and finding that next position?

Before you go, “No jobs,” well, there are jobs. A lot of firms are hiring and can’t find people open positions.

They are bigoted. They don’t like people like me. All the workers are getting hired. Younger workers are getting hired. Minority workers are getting hired. A lot of people are getting hired. But why aren’t you getting hired?

I have a few ideas, but would oppose that question of you because I would rather have you figured out for your self and not to simply rely on my answer, which we will get to in a second.

Think about it. All of these people from similar groups to you are getting jobs. People in your line of work are getting jobs. People in your city a world of work getting jobs. People of your race, age, national margin, visa status, all these people are getting jobs, but why aren’t you?

What’s the problem?

Answer? I’m girl let you know the secret.

You.

You are the problem. You are the issue to getting the job. You’re not doing what you need to do. You think you are but you are taking the lazy way out. Let me give you a few examples.

Your resume isn’t getting results , but you keep sending it out over and over again to every job that you see online. You’re wondering why you’re not getting results. Why don’t you tell your resume? Why don’t you have someone professionally write the resume.

What’s the reason you’re having trouble finding a job? There’s one big one I can think of.

It’s so expensive to have some of) resume for me.

It’s not that expensive eggs are not getting results. Think about it. It’s more expensive NOT to get it done them to do it.

I am not getting interviews. There are no jobs for someone like me.

There are jobs for people like you. You have to dig deeper and you have to stop only looking online all the time. You have to get out and about talking to people and do networking to people that you don’t know today who can help you in the future.

No one is called to be from LinkedIn!

Your profile stinks. Fix it. Hire someone to fix it for you. Hire someone to let you know what the problem is.

I can keep going on and on but I’ll simply say if you visit JobSearchCoachingHQ.com and join, that’s a site where you will get coaching from me, not just simply videos, podcasts, articles and books… Those are all available as part of the membership. You’ll also get one-on-one advice from me – – short calls so we can deal with situations you have to work with.

Longer coaching calls are discounted. You get $25 off the coaching session by being a member of the site.

Instead of just hitting your head against the wall and missing out on opportunities that you could be getting, you are the problem, you are the issue in this because you are unwilling to change. You keep wanting to do it over and over and over again the exact same way and it’s just not working and you are expecting a different result!

How smart are you?

I don’t care what academic degree you have or don’t have, you are not acting smart.

In all probability, it is feeling hard, like another job. Let me help fix this for you.

Visit and sign up at JobSearchCoachingHQ.com, become a member, I’ll help you. It’s really that simple. I’ll help you.

[/spp-transcript]
